Training For Improved Outcomes
The TRIO Bridge Foundation works collaboratively with stakeholder health institutions in developing countries, currently Ghana, in promoting and managing maternal health, with the aim of achieving better maternal and neonatal (baby) outcomes. Our work involves hands-on simulation training and education for healthcare professionals who provide services for mothers and neonates (babies). The core training methodology is evidence-based and involves teamwork training in management of maternal emergencies. It also incorporates human factors and communication, important skills set for improving health outcomes.
